Time Tracking

The ability to track and manage the way your people spend their time can have a significant impact on your bottom line and the outcome of your projects.

We developed ActionProgram Manager Plus ("APM Plus") specifically with that need in mind. APM Plus features robust time tracking functionality that can be easily customized to meet the requirements of your organization. This functionality is available during each phase of the project life cycle, from proposal through completion.

APM Plus offers internal timesheets and also accepts project time entries from  external application forms, including BMC Remedy's Help Desk and Change Management applications. Users can enter time for all activities in hours on a daily basis or at any interval during the project. APM Plus also tracks non-work time, such as vacations, holidays, and illness leave.

And because every time entry is associated with an asset or expense  account, department and account information is automatically carried down from projects to tasks, allowing connectivity to your payroll, billing, and accounting systems.
